ROBERT G. GABRIEL, CPA 
Mr. Gabriel is one of the founding partners of the firm. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and has been providing accounting, tax and consulting services to high net worth individuals and closely held businesses for over thirty years specializing in both the construction and real estate industries.
Mr. Gabriel earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Fordham University and his Masters of Taxation from St. John's University. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has served on the NYSSCPA General Accounting and Auditing Committee as well as chairman of The Construction Contractor's Committee. Mr. Gabriel has also served on the Board of Directors of St. Edwards the Confessor CYO and in his leisure time, enjoys golf and fitness training.
JOSEPH M. SCIACCA, CPA
Mr. Sciacca is one of the founding partners of the firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has been providing consulting, tax and accounting services for over 30 years to closely held businesses with a concentration in the construction and real estate industries. He regularly consults with clients regarding surety and credit issues as well as representing them before various governmental and taxing authorities. Mr. Sciacca earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and its tax division, as well as the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Mr. Sciacca has served on and chaired various committees for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and has organized and lectured in various construction industry conferences for its Foundation for Accounting Education.
JOSEPH E. BIFULCO, CPA
Joseph began his professional career at Gabriel & Sciacca, having joined the Firm as a senior in college. He has been an integral part of the Firm since 1993 and became a Partner in 2001. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and provides accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to individuals and closely held businesses. Joseph primarily handles construction contractors in addition to clients in a variety of other industries including medical practices and real estate companies.
Joseph brings a keen understanding of accounting services to all of his engagements and strives to produce the highest level of quality service. He works closely with his clients and provides them with sound business consulting advice. Joseph takes great pride in understanding his clients businesses, needs and concerns and uses his years of experience to develop creative and practical solutions.
Joseph earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Hofstra University. His professional affiliations include membership in the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
FRANK J. GIAMBRUNO, CPA
Frank has over 28 years of Public Accounting experience. He joined the Firm in 2001 and became a Partner in 2007. He oversees the Firm's Accounting and Auditing practice and is responsible for Quality Control Policies and Procedures. Frank is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and serves on the Accounting and Auditing committee of the Suffolk Chapter of the NYSSCPA.
He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and has extensive experience in providing accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals and closely held businesses. Frank handles a diverse client base consisting of construction contractors, hospitality industry, real estate operators, legal and medical professionals and various other service industries.
He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Dowling College. His personal interests include saltwater fishing, boating, golf, travel and strength training.
